Question

I registered for the first level of premium services that loads in all W-2 info & had deleted some rows which I need to recover. How can I access that/ how do I reload?

I cannot "clear & start over" once subscribed but wondering if that means I need pay for the next level of service to recover the information

If you deleted your data you will have to re-enter it.   You cannot recover it by upgrading to a higher version of the software.   Sorry---if you delete information then it is gone.   Enter it again.
