An S-Corp files an 1120 form to report the income, gains, losses, deductions, and credits.  The 1120 form for The S-Corp can be filed with TurboTax using TurboTax Business.  When filing an 1120 form, the income and deductions will be passed on to the shareholder through a K-1.  The K-1 will be reported on the shareholder's personal income tax return.
