Question
I traded SVXY, a publicly traded partnership, got 1065 K-1. One the screen "Enter Code W Detail" I don't know what to enter, nothing applies. Do I just skip it?
This instruction on my 1065 K-1 for Box 13 Code W just says "The Portfolio Deductions from investing activities, if any, are non-deductible for certain taxpayers, including individuals, and would reduce your tax basis in the partnership." And I don't find page 12 of the IRS Instructions very helpful. Thanks for any help.
