This line is "Other expenses", which means you have to enter a description and a number.
Errors here are common because the description will carry forward from the prior year and the program will insist on a figure for each description.
The easiest way to fix this is to enter a 0 for each line where you have a description, but no figure. Sometime this doesn't work and you have no choice but to correct it in the rental or royalty section.
I am assuming your property is a rental, but the process is very similar if it is a royalty. This is how to revisit that field in TurboTax:
Select Federal from the left side menu, then Wages & Income.
Scroll down the list and find Rental Properties and Royalties (Sch E), click Add/ Edit to the right.
You should see a screen with, Your 2022 rentals and royalties summary, Click Edit to the right of the property.
When you get to the screen that says, Here's Your rental property info, scroll down to Expenses and click Edit to the right of Miscellaneous expenses.
You will see a list of descriptions and the expense amounts, delete any incomplete entries by clicking the little trash can to the right of the entry.
When all incomplete entries are deleted, click Continue to save your change.
Click Federal Review on the left side menu to verify this has fixed the issue.
