I've updated the K-1 worksheet ownership % to show a member's ownership % going to zero. Nevertheless, the partner's K-1 does not show any change in ownership.

There are many places in the interview process that you need to mark as the business "had an ownership change" in order for the changes to show correctly and the allocations to work correctly.

Please visit these screens to verify you have everything entered:

• Under the Business Info tab and About Your Business, answer Yes to the last question on the screen, Has an Ownership Change
• Under the Business Info tab and Partner/Member Information, for the partner who's ownership went to 0% mark the box for This partner left the company this year
• Continue through the partner questions until you get to the Change of Ownership screen and answer if there were multiple changes or not
• Continue to the Date of Ownership Change screen and enter the date the partner left the company
• Continue and enter all partners' ownership percentages (the partner you marked left the company will default to 0% for the After column)
