I was part of a business in 19 but was not at any point in 2020. It keep asking about k forms i do not and should not have...

If you stopped being in the business in 2019 then you should have had a FINAL K-1 in 2019  ... if you did not indicate you had a final form last year  then the K-1 shell was transferred over  so you need to delete it.
