Question

I will try a third time. I have no passive activity credit and therefor no need for From 8582-CR. I have gone to tools and "deleted" the form. Still stuck.

TurboTax said that the form was deleted but it was not and it still won't let me file. This is holding up my refund.

    If the form is regenerating then you may have some thing in your return that is using it.  Did you add a rental property at any point?
