Question

If box 13 does not have my state listed for WG2 form how do I proceed?

If there was no state withholding just leave it blank.

It won't let me go further if I leave it blank.  On my for Box 13 has ID number only. But the turbo tax box 13 does not have Washington as a selection choice

If there was no state tax withheld (which there should not be for Washington state), leave everything in the state section of the form blank.  Do not enter the state ID number for box 13 since you cannot select Washington as the state.
