If I do my personal taxes (1040) using TurboTax, how do I import a Sched C for a side business that was completed by another firm (PDF format) into TurboTax?

I am employed full-time, but also have a side business that is an LLC, sole proprietor pass-thru.  The Schedule C as well as some depreciation forms has already been completed in PDF format by a separate accounting firm through LegalZoom.  Can I import these documents as attachments to my TurboTax filing, or do I need to re-enter all of the relevant information using TurboTax Home & Business?

Yes, you will need to enter the information from Schedule C into your personal tax return. There is no import function for this schedule.

The easiest way to find Schedule C in TurboTax is to use the Find/Search box at the top right side of the TurboTax header. Enter "schedule c", hit Enter, then click on "jump to schedule c". This will take you directly to the start of this section.

First, set up your business. Then enter the business income and expenses as shown on Schedule C. You'll also need to enter the business assets (one at a time) for depreciation.
