If the company i work for gave me two w-2 forms how do i do i list them.

If the Federal ID numbers are the same on both W-2s, then look closely at the forms to be sure that one is not a corrected version of the first W-2.  If one is corrected, then that is the one that you will enter into your return.  But, keep both forms handy because sometimes corrected W-2s only show the numbers being corrected and not the whole form.

Also, if there are multiple states involved, sometimes it will appear that you have two W-2s when it was only necessary to print multiple pages in order to get the state copies issues in additional to your Federal copy.
