If you have multiple amounts in box 14 which one(s) do you use?

Is it the amount my job contributed to my 401K?

If you have multiple amounts in box 14 of your form W-2, you enter them all.

After entering the first amount, please click on + Add another box 14 item and a new line will appear. You would repeat this for the next amount.
