Income import Catch-22

I am stuck on importing income - on the "Lets finish pulling in your investment income" page I click on my financial institution, successfully connect, the data downloads, and TurboTax puts me back on the "Let's finish..." page with my financial institution shown needing "review."  I click on "review" and it makes me go through the whole download again, and back to the "Let's finish..." with a "review" needed, and on and on.  There is no button to get past this screen, so I'm stuck.  How do I get to actually "review" (and not again download) the downloaded information and get past the "Let's finish..." screen?
