I accidently classified the sale of a rental property (fully paid in cash by buyer) as Installment sale and do not seem to be able to change to a "non installment" sale. Is there a way to delete the installment sale and re-enter the transaction correctly? Many thanks for the help.
You should be able to delete the form in Forms Mode if you are unable to reverse the transaction in Step-by-Step.
