Before I go purchasing anything...can I use the 2023 Home & Business for:

1. Two personal tax returns

2. One irrevocable trust

You can use Home & Business for the two personal tax returns.

If the trust is a nongrantor trust or a grantor trust with an EIN, then you will need TurboTax Business (https://turbotax.intuit.com/small-business-taxes) to prepare and file Form 1041 for the trust. If you don't know what any of the foregoing means, then you need to consult with a local tax professional.
