Is form 568 for a California LLC e-filed along with my personal state return, or do I need to file it separately

For context, I e-filed my personal California return with TurboTax, and did fill in form 568 as part of that filing.

If you indicated that your business was a California LLC, Form 568 should have been included with your personal California tax return. You can verify this by printing your entire state return, including all forms and worksheets. See How do I get a PDF of my return?
