A single-member LLC is a disregarded entity for tax purposes.

The income and expenses of the LLC are reported on your husband's personal tax return on Schedule C (or Schedule E or Schedule F).

Please read this IRS document for more information.

If in 2024 the LLC had no income or expenses, then you do not need to file Schedule C.

On your tax return, you'll need to delete the Schedule C.
