Please clarify - an LLC is a type of corporation.  If you have not registered as an LLC then you would not file as an LLC.  However, you may still need to file as a business if you have self-employment income.  That won't make you an LLC but it will require you to enter your business information.

LLC as in Lifetime Learning Credit. When I put in my information for school, it told me I don't qualify for that or the AOTC, which I am completely okay with; However, once I go to file, it says I cannot do the free TurboTax and have to pay as I have the Lifetime Learning Credit.

AH!  Sorry, didn't get it.

You need to delete your tax return and start over.  When you created the education expenses it added a bunch of forms that you now don't need and it's trying to charge you for needing those forms.  Start the return over and skip the education credit stuff and you'll go straight through.
