K-1 Box 14 does not state Income Category. How do I know the income category?

More information may help resolve your issue. For example, is your K-1 for a partnership (Form 1065), a S Corp (Form 1120S), or a trust (Form 1041)? And, what is the code associated with your box 14 amount?

I have the same question. Mine is a 1041 and the box 14 codes are A, B, H, and I. I'm desperate for this answer as I can't get past this screen. Thanks!

There should be a page 2 of your K-1 that shows more information on what each code is.

Box 14. Other information

Code a - tax exempt interest

code b - foreign taxes

code h - adjustment for section 1411 net investment income or deductions

code i - section 199A information
