K-1 filing

I have a small amount of shares in a stock, which I guess is an S corp. They sent me a k-1 and I am wondering if I have to file it since the income is $13.

Yes, you should as all income must be reported.

 

  1. In TurboTax Online, open your return
  2. Click on Search (magnifying glass icon) at the top right of your screen
  3. In the Search box, enter K-1 and click on the magnifying glass icon
  4. In the search result box, click on Jump to K-1
  5. TurboTax will take you directly to the section where you can start entering your Schedule K-1.
