K-1 is missing box 13 code m for health insurance premiums

Can I deduct health insurance premiums as "personally paid" if my accountant did not mark the premiums paid in Box 13 (code M) of my K-1?

I discussed it with him and he will not include the box 13 entry stating I can deduct the health insurance premiums paid on my taxes anyway.

Even if Schedule K-1 is missing the relevant code, you can still report health insurance premiums you paid out of pocket, as long as you meet the criteria. See: Can I deduct health insurance premiums as an S Corporation shareholder?

When entering Schedule K-1, continue to the Other Situations page and check the box for "I personally paid health insurance..." Then enter your S-Corp wages and the amount of premiums you paid on the Self-Employed Health Insurance page. This entry will carry the premiums to Schedule 1 Line 17.
