Question

K-1, Line 20 refers me to a Statement "New Schedule K-3 Reporting." Where so I enter this information in TurboTax?

Where do I enter K-3 information in TurboTax?

It depends. Schedule K-1 (1065) Box 16 will trigger the Schedule K-3 questions in TurboTax. For the 1120-S version, Box 14 is used for Schedule K-3.

 

In either case, check the relevant box and continue through the K-1 screens until you are asked for more information about the K-3 or foreign activity.

 

Note that Box 20 of Schedule K-1 (1065) is used for Section 199A QBI entries. These also appear later in the interview if you check this box.
