K1 with black - file with all entries zero

My K1 has all blanks. Others have said that I do not need to file the K1.

I am still prefer to file with all entries as zero so that is it son record that I filed what I got in case there was a revised copy that I did not get.

If all of the boxes on the K-1 are blank, it does not sound like there are any taxable events and you do not have to post anything. However, please check at the top center of the form to see if the "Final K-1" is checked. If it is, you will file the K-1 this year indicating the "Final K-1", and it will be dropped for upcoming years.

Also, be sure to maintain a copy with your tax records.
