LLC income, do you enter in Schedule C of personal tax

Hello,

We have a husband and wife 2-person small LLC. This year we received 1099- NEC issues to our personal name but under LLC EIN.

We included those incomes in LLC income as it's under LLC EIN. However, from IRS online transcripts we noticed that those incomes are listed under our individual SSN. What shall we do?

Thank you!

We have been filling 1065 for over 10 years. This issue just came up because for 2023, a new client issued 1099 NEC to LLC EIN but with my name on it (didn't use the LLC name) so we have filed 1065 with that income back in March. Even though the 1099 NEC was issued to LLC EIN, I guess IRS counted those as my individual income because it's under my name. And LLC is a pass-through entity.

I don't feel that I should report this income as another schedule C income again since the same income was already included in LLC income but just worry that IRS may see the discrepancy on my persional income they calculated (including 1099 NEC income) vs. what I am filing (not including 1099 NEC income in my personal) .

    Thanks!
