Good evening! I am owner of an LLC, which in 2018 was a multi-member LLC, but in 2019 became a single-member LLC. The other owner left the company on 12/31/2018, and on the 2018 tax return, his K-1 was checked as "final k-1". Is there anything that needs to be done with regards to this change on the 2019 tax return? Thank you for your help!
