6 months of LLC in 2025 and 6 months being a soul proprietorship. How do I file these taxes

LLC is a state term. An LLC must be something to file taxes.

What was the LLC before it was a sole-proprietorship?

(S-Corp, Partnership)

I'm guessing the LLC was always a Sole-Proprietorship so you would use Schedule C for the entire year.
