May I file 1040 and schedule C with Turbo Tax? It keeps leading me to a 1099

Yes, you can file your form 1040 with a schedule C in TurboTax.

 

Business income is often reported on a form 1099-NEC. When you enter your business income in TurboTax you will see an option to enter a form 1099-NEC or simply report your receipts if no form was issued to you.

 

Look for the Self-employed income and expenses option in the Income and Expenses section of TurboTax.
