Question

My company is a LLC and i am the only owner. turbotax keeps asking me partnership questions and am unable to do my taxes. any help? ty

    Are you in the Business tax return?  A single owner LLC may take several forms including a sole proprietor reporting on Schedule C of the Federal 1040 income tax return.  

     

    An LLC with multiple owners may be reported as a partnership.

     

    If you are in the Business tax return, you have started a partnership tax return.
