Question

My husband is self-employed. How can I avoid I am listed as the co-owner of his business?

In my spouse self-employment business we identified that he does the work alone but in the Portand City business tax form SP-2024 it shows both his name and mine, how can we correct this?

    That form may show both of your names if you file a joint income tax return, but it should only list your spouse's social security number. If so, then the return is correctly stated. I don't believe there is any way to change that in TurboTax.
