Question

My husbands company changed last year and they did not withhold any city tax from any of their employees like they should have. How do I find out how much we will owe?

Someone told us that his company is responsible and will have to pay since it was there mistake but I don't want to file my taxes and have someone come after us later.

You will need to file a City Tax Return regardless. Turbo Tax does file some City returns but very few. Most cities have websites with links on how to file your returns and some have electronic filing capability. Check with your City to see if they have this feature.
