My new client has several partnerships. What do I need to upgrade to to server him? I currently have Home & Business.

What?  Your client?  You can not use Turbo Tax to prepare returns for clients.  You need to use one of the professional programs like Lacerte or ProSeries.

    Maybe worse than violating Turbotax terms of service is that you may be violating certain Federal Tax Laws some of which carry substantial penalties.
