My w2 has nothing in box 14 yet it shows that it needs reviewed???

Box 14 is an informational box generally. There are some states that use some information from box 14. It could be you are in a state that uses information. You may have checked an answer in the state program and then the program realized there was no matching box 14.Please review your state entries.
