Probably not. Please clarify where you are to report Item Q line 2 and if you took the standard deduction or itemized your deductions in 2019. 

 

If you are not sure how you claimed deductions in 2019, look at your 2019 Tax Form 1040 line 9. If the number matches one of the numbers in the left-hand information column of Form 1040, 12,200, 24,400, or 18,350, then you took the standard deduction and can answer -0- to this question.
