no longer have business vehicle

my business vehicle was in the shop for repairs, the repair shop swinddled me out of my car due to over charge for spark plug housing in the amount of $6500 wouldn't let me make installment payments then took my car for none payment and wouldn't allow me to take it somewhere else for cheaper repair
