NOL

I am trying to see if my business which is an LLC, qualifies for NOL. At the end of 2021, I had a negative income stream.

a business, such as an LLC may have a net loss but that does not mean you have an NOL.

for example $2K in business loss $3K in interest income. you would not have an NOL

you can use Schedule A on form 1045. but read the instructions as to what goes on each line
