I did not get a tax form from NY Life this year, but I did get one from National Financial Services LLC. Was this a buy-out? I can't get it to enter my Turbotax form. So I guess I can enter via hand and send it in at post office.
National Financial Services LLC (NFS) is a clearing firm that provides services to New York Life Investments. You do not need to enter this by hand. If you are unable to import the amounts, you can choose to enter manually, type in the information, and then your return will populate and you can e-file. Type in the information as it appears on the 1099.
