On Tax Payments by Quarter screen is there an error in the dates shown for the 4 quarters? The 2nd quarter is listed as 7/16/2020 to 7/15/2020. Should I ignore the dates?

The dates you show in your question are almost perfectly correct. The due date for the first quarter estimated payment was delayed until July 15, 2020 which was the same due date for the second quarter payment. You can change the date to match your actual payment dates.
