Oregon personal income tax, does it allow per diem for company W2 employees
Federal W2 truck drivers cant claim per diem but can I still claim per diem on my Oregon personal taxes?
Page 7 of the attached link from Oregon Department of Revenue shows this deduction that has been suspended for Federal purposes has the same treatment on the Oregon return.
