In TurboTax Deluxe Online, I am able to report a reduction of Federal Pension Income for Federal service that occurred before October 1, 1991.

When entering the Federal Pension, did you select Office of Personnel Management (CSA 1099-A) or something else?

At the screen Where is your distribution from, did you select Federal government retirement benefits?

Within the Oregon state income tax return, at the screen IRA and Pension Distributions, did you select I received federal pension income for federal service before October 1, 1991?

I was able to Edit the distribution at the screen Federal Pension Summary.
