PA TAX FORM Requests we fill in the Ownership box on the Gains and Losses Schedule. Where is the box?

Please clarify where you are asked to enter the Ownership Box. Also, how did you enter the gain/loss information on your Federal tax return?

Gain/Loss information was imported. The request was in writing from Turbo Tax showing a top of form for Schedule D. Out of frustration I selected to pay the PA Tax and all of a sudden the request dissapeared and the Form completed through no problem. I don't know if it was requested because I wanted to use the PA Tax Forgiveness option. If I'm due a refund PA 'might' send it being my income is so low. (Wishful thinking)
