Pass Through Entity Tax Deduction for Ga.

I am a part owner in 2 companies that report as a S-corporation and K-1 in Georgia.   We have elected to pay the Ga. Est. tax through these using the PTET.   I completed the PTET entry in TurboTax.  I have filed my Ga tax return and received a notice that I was deficient in paying my taxes.  Ga. appears to not connect the Est. Tax paid from my businesses with my total est. taxes paid.   Ga. is asking for proof of Ext. Tax payments.   What else can I do, or have I done something wrong?  Or should my business have done something different ?

The S-Corps should have proof of the PTET they paid on your behalf.

Did you enter the payment as estimated STATE taxes on your TurboTax return? That topic has a drop-down for the state so that the payment transfers to your state return. You might make a note to check that next year before filing your state tax return.
