Passive operating loss not calculating

Why isn't my Passive Operating Loss automatically calculating on my Schedule E Worksheet? This is the first time that it's never automatically calculated and the website is asking me to fill it in. Has anyone else had this problem?

You may sign up for updates here: Why is the capital loss carryover screen showing incorrect calculations? Even if this doesn't seem to apply to your situation, the form & calculations will be updated in TurboTax when the investigation is complete.
