Quick Employer Forms online not working 2025

The Quick Employer Forms website (https://quickemployerforms.intuit.com/businesses) is not working and appears has been broken for at least 2 weeks based on other posts. When you try to add a new business, the 4 dots just rotate forever, and when you click on My businesses, you get "Something went wrong". I've cleared cookies, started new browser sessions on multiple browsers. This is a MAJOR issue with only 3 days left to send out 1099s. This should be an option right from the main Turbotax site as well, where you've already entered business information.

Access Quick Employer Forms via your phone or tablet.
Use a wired internet connection instead of wifi.
Turn off your virtual private network (if any).
