S Corp cut operatives expenses (payroll)

so, If I do set payroll from the beginning any chance I can cut off or eliminate the payroll expense to the minimum as possible ?? or

which are the taxes penalties??

You need to be paid "reasonable compensation" for your work.  There are no shortcuts. 

 

From what you are saying, maybe a S-corporation isn't the best thing for your situation.

I'm not quite sure what your question is, but if you are working for the corporation, you are required to be on payroll, which includes many Federal and State filing requirements.

I am SCorporation owner , how minimum operative cost in payroll I can have??? How can I cut off the cost I no this area or definitely I  have to have payroll running?
