There's a place at the bottom of the business income section for Less Common Business Situations, Sale of Business Property, but that's for installment sales where you get paid over two or more tax years.

In the Property Profile section, indicate that you sold the property and then, in the Sale of Assets/Depreciation section, check the box indicating that you sold the property.
