SCH IN-OCC certification/project number

I posted this question yesterday now it's gone. Why is it insisting I enter a SCH IN-OCC certification number? I never went to college or had a scholarship.

I believe you are referring to a State of Indiana school scholarship tax credit. You need to report a certification number for the tax credit to apply. I suggest you go back through the Indiana state return and when you come to a section that lists potential credits that you may qualify for, make sure you haven't indicated that you qualify for a scholarship credit.
