Schedule C deductions

As self employed Handy Repairman where do I enter on schedule C materials and supplies i purchased for the job I got 1099NEC for. Should it be put as "Materials and Supplies" in the "Cost of Goods Sold" section, or on page #10 of Schedule C as "Supplies Expenses"?

    The main point, whatever you decide, do the same year after year. 

    That sounds to me more like "Materials and Supplies".

    "Supplies Expenses" are usually things like pens and pencils.
