Schedule C name on form

My wife is self employed. The Schedule C form that pops up has my name on it. Home to I get my wife's name and social security number on the form?

When you go back to the Business Income and Expenses section of your return and edit the details of the business, there will be an option to indicate who the business belongs to.

For example, see the picture below a reference using TurboTax Online Self-Employed:

Similarly, when you are using a CD/downloaded version of TurboTax, edit the business details and there will be a screen or entry to indicate the owner of the business.
