Schedule e line 19- other expenses must be entered what is mean

Not sure why this error message is occurring.  Check where you entered the expenses for for Schedule E income and scroll through until you reach a screen that says Any Miscellaneous Expenses?  If you see an amount listed with no description, give it a description.
