If my farm has two activities, both beef ranching 112111 (primary) and tree production 111421, do I complete a single Schedule F under the primary agriculture activity code 112111? Or one schedule F for each activity code?

You would only need to do one Schedule F if you only have one farm.  You would list your primary activity code so if beef if your primary activity, then you would use the beef code.  This is for statistical purposes and does not affect how your income is handled or anything else on your return.

"Principal agricultural activity codes. You must enter on line B of Schedule F (Form 1040) a code that identifies your principal agricultural activity. It is important to use the correct code because this information will identify market segments of the public for IRS Taxpayer Education programs. The U.S. Census Bureau also uses this information for its economic census. See the list of Principal Agricultural Activity Codes on page 2 of Schedule F (Form 1040)." Pub 225
