Question
Schedule K-3 part XIII "Foreign Partners Distributive Share ..." required to electronically file but we have no foreign partners
For some reason, TurboTax business 2022 requires Schedule K-3 part XIII "Foreign Partners Distributive Share of Deemed Sale Items on Transfer of Partnership Interest" to be filed when submitting electronically. 
Sadly, we don't have any foreign partners and there is no transfer of partnership interest.
Deselecting Part XIII on line 13 has no effect.
Perplexingly, the return passes all checks and it doesn't require this section if you are filing by mail.
